My vehicle was not ready for pickup with regards it was not cleaned nor detailed. The clear bra was applied in a hurry. Passenger mirror was scratched. I will be returning 18 May 2015 to speak with John. I did speak with Steve Hanson 16 May 2015 with my concerns and above information. In my humble opinion the treatment of my vehicle and myself is unacceptable.

Abra made repairs very easy to navigate w insurance. The work done on my car was thorough and great. Not only were they done faster than they'd anticipated, but they cleaned my car for me! I was not expecting that. Also, staff were very kind, friendly and helpful.
