When I came in, I thought I would be there all day. I was helped right away and had a rental car waiting when I was done. The updates were helpful. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and knew what I needed. When I came to pick it up, the inside had been cleaned! Nice surprise guys. You made what was really a drag into a very pleasant experience..considering. I could not be happier.

Was very impressed by not only your customer service but the professional way you handle your business. Randy, at your Wheat Ridge facility, was very accommodating, provided a great service in getting my vehicle back to me in record time and looking good as new. I appreciate the customer care & will gladly recommend you, or if I am in need of your services in the furture. Thank you kindly!

****) Your text message communications STINK. They were "canned" messages that were they exact same-word for word-messages that I received the last time my truck was in the shop. The messages told me absolutely nothinaccidentthe progress on MY truck. How about a USEFUL message? Something like, "Insurance has approved, parts are ordered, parts should be here (date).". Or, "Parts are on backorder, expected by (when).". Or, "Parts arrived, mechanic will be here (when) to install. Expected completion should be (date).". Or, "Parts installed, but one is refurbished & is not working correctly. Reordered new part directly from Honda, will be here Tuesday. Mechanic back on Wednesday to reinstall & then will go to alignment. Expected completion is now either Wednesday night or sometime Thursday. Then on Wednesday, I should get a message informing me of completion or maybe " Just sent it for alignment but won't be back until tomorrow around 10:00am or 11:00am. We'll text you when its back in house."
2) I had told Josh or maybe Troy, or both, and I said something to the ladies in reception area, before I ever drove off with my truck (this was in February when they fixed my truck "the first time," right after the accident), that something was still not right with my power steering, that it had never been so tight before. The guys in the shop kept saying they hadn't done anything to affect the power steering... so I finally took my truck home.
A day or two later, my power steering "stuck" & I had to use both arms to turn the steering wheel. It did this a couple more times before I got time to go by the shop. Josh again said they had done nothing to the power steering, & of course when he drove it around the parking lot, the steering would not "stick" for him. He told me that he "couldn't say" any problem with the power steering was because of the accident. I repeatedly told Josh that the problem started AFTER I got my truck back from Abra having "fixed" it. Josh told me I'd have to have my own mechanic look at it & diagnosis the problem.
Shortly thereafter, I took my truck to get the oil changed. The guy who drove it into the bay came back to me & told me (I had not said anything to him about the power steering) that something was wrong with the power steering... that it shouldn't be so tight. So I ask them if they could tell me what was wrong. When they told me they thought it was in the "rack & pinion", then I asked if they thought it could be a result of an accident where I was hit on the driver's side front tire, & hit hard enough to bend my strut that had to be replaced...they told me definitely that it probably was related. I had them give me a written report & then took the report back to Josh. By this time, I had also developed a thuncking noise in the same driver's side tire area that Abra had fixed. When I gave Josh the report, he said, that the other guys had not really diagnosed a where the problem was from. I told him that I had told them not to take anything apart. Josh said that if he had his mechanics diagnosis the problem, he'd have to change me 99 if it wasn't related to the accident. I got PISSED & told him, that if it wasn't related to the accident, I was going to end up paying somebody anyway. Josh finally said he'd call his mechanic & see what he said.
The next day, the mechanic called me directly. We talked about two minutes with me telling him about the issues & noises. He said it was probably my steering gear & a bearing causing the problems. I told him that the other mechanic had said it was in the rack & pinion & the mechanic explained that the gear & bearing are in the rack & pinion... so they were correct. The mechanic said that if my truck was hit hard enough to bend the strut, that these issues were probably also due to the accident. The following day, I met the mechanic at Abra for him to actually look at & drive my truck. While he was test driving it, something else happened & the noise sounded like something broke. At that point we "limped" the truck back to the shop & he told me that I was "...NOT driving this truck until it's fixed correctly."
Now that you've heard most of my ordeal...my complaint is...why did I have to go back to the shop three or four times to finally get Josh to do the right thing..which was to call his mechanic & get him to talk to me & diagnose the problem.
I figure Josh didn't want to admit that someone missed another issue due to the accident. He wanted to think that they had fixed everything perfectly the first time. Whywould he not believe what this client was telling him...that something was still wroug. I felt like he kept "ignoring" what iI was telling him. I felt like he didn't want to be accountable, take responsibility, or admit that they had missed something.
3) I don't fell like I was communicated to enough. I know that youmay think those canned text messages were communication...but as I said, they told me absolutely nothing about the statis of MY truck. I usually ended up calling into the shop to see what the progress was on my truck. The first date I was toldmy truck should be ready, I waited until almost 4:00 pm & had not heard from anyone. I finally called & was then told about the refurbished part not working correctly, and they had already ordered the NEW part from Honda. Why did someone not call me as soon as (orshortly thereafter) they rrealized there was a problem & That I would not be getting my truck back for almost another week!!!
Communication is severely lacking!!!!!

I told them multiple times that after popping over a curb when I slid on ice, my car was making a weird sound while driving. Like a wobbly/something is bent sound. I told them this when I first dropped off my car, and 2 times over the phone after dropping my car off. They told me that they did not hear the sound/noise. Then they said that it was probably making that sound b/c my alignment was out even though they never heard the noise/sound that I was telling them about. They even told me that it was test driven and they did not hear it. I pick up the car and it still makes that SAME EXACT noise that I told them about. It is a VERY obvious sound/noise. The sound/noise only occurs while driving and can be heard no matter what speed I'm driving at. I'm very dissatisfied, especially since I even told them multiple times. I could point out the sound if somebody were to ride with me. It is a very obvious sound which I can easily hear even with my after market exhaust. I'm very dissatisfied. The car did not make this sound/noise before I slid into the curb.
