My first experience needing an auto-body shop in 40-years of driving... The entire process was made less difficult by the Longmont Abra staff. I especially enjoyed the daily email updates. They made me and my vehicle feel important. The vehicle was delivered back to me as promised, cleaner than I brought it in, too! A special Thanks! to Sean Gillette and the entire crew behind the scenes.

Was particularly happy with the level of communication from Sean and Eric. They both showed a high level of service, concern and commitment to completing the job with a focus on quality and certainty that the work was done right.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a body shop. First they didn't put my original center caps on the replacement wheels, they used the ones that were on the replacement wheels that were in worse condition than my originals. also they didn't balance the wheels causing a vibration. I had to return to get my original center caps and to get wheels balanced, now my car shakes worse than before they balanced them. Also they used old rusted struts to replace the damaged ones. Sean Gillette treated me as if I knew nothing about the car multiple times. first on the center caps not being the originals, even with photo evidence. then telling me that the wheels didn't need to be balanced telling me "I busted tiers for years, every once and a while you get a tire that doesn't need balanced" which may be true but i have NEVER seen 2 on one car at the same time. Not to mention telling me that replacement parts are hard to find for my car referring to the struts, when i can go to the local parts store and get all 4 with no hassle. He just came of as giving me a "know all, done all" attitude, and to me that is very poor customer service. I now have to find a way to replace the rusted out parts on my car and get the wheels re balanced. I will NEVER recommend This company to anyone I know, especially the Longmont location. the only reason why my car went to this place is because my insurance chose the shop for me.

It would be nice if I was informed as early as possible that my car will not be ready on the estimated completion date. I found out that it will only be ready one or two days later than the estimated completion date when I called in to check on the status.
