Todd McCreath did a great job starting with his estimate and working through the actual repair keeping me informed along the way. I also like the text messages containing updates. ABRA partnering with Enterprise car rental was also very convenient.

Took way to long to repair

It took way to long to get my car back. I was promised several different times my car would be ready. Today I was told my car would be ready at 2. I waited for over an hour to get my car.

I felt like I was treated honestly and was kept informed throughout the whole process. The work was done quickly and the final product made me smile. Excellent work.

Great job! My rep was excellent. We have had to have repairs done to our cars in the past, and the Abra shop has always done an awesome job.

I stopped by to pick up my Nissan Frontier on Friday, January 16, 2015 at ****:30 pm. I called ahead of time to make sure everything was ready and was assured that it was. During the walk through inspection I discovered that the radio antenna was missing. At that time Todd took the truck back into the shop to look for the antenna. After approximately 15 minutes Todd told me they couldn't find it and they needed to go to Larry **** Nissan to have it replaced. At approximately 2:45 I was handed my keys after the antenna replacement with little more than an apology. I am a little disappointed that I was not offered anything as compensation for the inconvenience. For something that should have taken a maximum of 15 minutes I had to wait with my two children for nearly ****:15. The oversight during the final inspection is really troubling considering we have had both of our cars in for service at a total of over 14,000. I may think twice if we have any future needs.
