Great job on the repair... The online update service is a bit confusing as it does not give an estamate of when the vehicle is expected to be compleated.

Loved your staff but obviously the work that was originally done was not good causing a little grief on my end but your business was excellent in solving the issue that wasn't really your fault anyway. The GM was an excellent guy. Thank you for your hard work.

I think the shop does quality work. My jeep looks great! I can't thank them enough for that, however, I was thoroughly disappointed repeatedly by my claim rep. Her name was Jessica. Everytime I talked to her she was short with me. She talkrd down to me like I was a 3 year old
