Mike Brandies and Linda Farmer were very helpful when we first came in for an estimate. Later, when we decided to entrust the repairs to Car Guys, Kurt Watts exemplified the same good customer service, from the start until the timely completion of the repairs. I was very impressed how the manager went out to find out if any of his mechanics were able to do a wheel alignment when I arrived at almost 4 p.m. I was sent by Champion in Leesburg with a confirmation that they would be expecting me, but they never actually personally received the call. The manager realized that I couldn't come during the week because of my work schedule, so he quickly went into action immediately. I was very impressed. Plus the mechanic (Billy) made me awake of something I didn't know and he has me researching to see if that part was recalled by the company. I was very impressed with how I was treated.

Repair looks great. Cleanup under bed mat could have been better. Lots of iron fillings could have been cleaned out. Outherwise ok
