My truck was moved to a different shop and I had to contact the shop myself to find out the status of my truck.

Its annoying when you get rear ended and getting a car fixed Is inconvenient but this place was easy,fast and most importantly informative during the entire process

I was promised to receive my car back on Monday, July 15th. Paintless dent removal on my door was not completed properly and there was an extra layer of paint on the corner of my rear bumber that needs to be sanded out. I was asked to come back on Thursday, July 18th and the issues would be rectified within **** hour while I wait. I visited the office only to be asked to come back on Wednesday, July 24th to fully fix my car. I am relocating to Germany as soon as I sell my car and waiting additional 10 days to have my car fixed is not helping me at all!! I need to get my car into perfect condition ASAP so I can sell it without reducing the price. Unfortunately this is my second time having issues with Abra body at Thornton,CO office. Excellent customer service, however the quality of the work that technicians do is extraordinarily poor!! Never seen them completing the job properly at once.

I found your staff to be completely professional and they kept in touch with me the whole time. They got me in right away because of my concerns about driving with my granddaughter in a damaged car, even though they didn't have to put me ahead of the line when, actually, my car was drivable. I'll even go as far as to say they went above and beyond what they needed to do they even vacuumed the inside of my car! I am very very satisfied with the service I received at your shop.

Everyone was very helpful thru the whole process of getting my vehicle fixed. I appreciated the updates via text and calls. Thanks for everything.
