Got my car back sooner than expected and in perfect shape.

I appreciate the hard work of Dashawn Riggs and all of the amazing staff at Abra! Dashawn did a great job of keeping me informed and going above and beyond with the insurance companies to get all that he could for me. My husband and I both were so pleasantly surprised to see that you guys also cleaned the interior as well! The only suggestion I can think to make is it might be a good idea to put all of someone's personal belongings in the car in a bag or something. I think this would give people the peace of mind that all of their belongings are there in one spot. I knew I had left some cold medicine in the truck for my daughter before I dropped the truck off with you all and i couldn't find it in the same spot when we got the truck back. It's not that big of a deal, but if you asking for suggestions, that is all I can think of. Thanks again!

Once I was conncected with my local shop who would do the work, the two ladies in which I communicated with were very helpful and accommodating in helping me get my car to and from their shop, as I've been unable to drive since the accident. They were kind, helpful and above all patient in helping me figure things out.

All was good. The only thing that was not done completely correct was that the two new tires weren't put on the backs so I have to go back and get that fixed. It is an extra appointment to have to do. But repairs wise and customer service wise you guys were great. Thank you.
