The only thing I was not happy with is there was a mixup in the appt date for the estimate. I had scheduled it for a Tuesday and when I showed up was told it had been scheduled for the previous day and I had missed it so would have to reschedule. I know I didn't make the appt for a Monday because I have office hours every Monday so the miscommunication delayed my repair

There was a reflector that was not replaced for a hail damage claim. The Sideview mirror that was replaced on the driver side of the car now does not tilt up or down. However, the manager said he would fix it.

ABRA employees totally went above and beyond for us! I have already shared my experience with many people. The one issue we had was my phone number getting mixed up with my father-in-law's phone number. Because of this I was not informed that my car was ready for pick-up until Monday when the phone numbers were corrected (even though it was ready Friday evening). I guess the way the rental car situation is resolved will determine how I feel about my OVERALL satisfaction. As it stands now...I give a 10.

There was some confusion on your part regarding payment with my insurance company. I was quite displeased after speaking with my claims representative when I found out that you had collected payment from me personally as well as collecting payment from Progressive. Now I'm short 500 until my insurance company can reimburse me (7-10 business days)

The work was outstanding. Unfortunately, I was the owner of the car for repair, but your system was sending text messages to my wife about the car on my phone. Correct phone, wrong person the texts were being addressed to. My wife and I had fun with it in the end say her car was almost ready or her car was in great hands. Other than that, excellent service.
