Awesome work! They were speed to just repair/replace the rear bumper but went above and beyond by buffing up the rear quarter panels as well so they weren't so different. They also buffed/cleaned or headlights! Great service as usual.

I reported that the check engine light came on after the accident. I was told I wasn't on at time of end repair. My check engine light was off when I got thecar back, but when I reached a speed of 40mph it came back on.? Someone turned the fault code off and when you drive 40mph it pops on. This was not told to me.

Wow where do I start? First off the paint job was horrible with a lot of orange peel left on the front bumper assy. Next, the rep drove the vehicle to the back without even letting the oil circulate within the engine when trying to do a quick fix; Then leaving us there for 20 minutes with no fix. Then I had to leave the vehicle overnight again for rework. Plus the vehicle was making a very loud knocking noise which wasn't there when we turned the vehicle over for repairs. And finally, we realized that gasoline was missing with levels down around an ****/8th of a tank vs. the original 3/4ths of a tank. Very disturbing when you consider that I was a repeat customer from some work done previously this year. Turn over is the only thing I can think off to be an explaination. I was happy with my previous experience but will never go back again. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL; NEVER TO RETURN AND I WILL LET ALL MY FRIENDS KNOW NOT TO GO THERE.

Don't tell me it will be done on Saturday, then Monday, then Wednesday and then not have it done until Thursday. It's the getting my hopes up and then continually changing it. It **** and makes a stressful, cruddy situation even more stressful and cruddy.
