Someone t-boned my truck a few weeks back, completely destroyed the passenger side of the truck. We were able to get in for a quote quickly with abra, and they were able to get the truck in for repairs in a timely mannor. Diane was spectacular. She called multiple times a week to let me know what was happening with my truck and made me feel like she cared about my satisfaction. The guys who worked on my truck, absolutely phenomenal. My truck not only looks absolutely amazing on the outside, but they also detailed the inside of the truck, shined my wheels and tires, and made the entire truck look brand new. I will never use another company for vehicle repair again. Absolutely impressed with EVERYONE at Abra auto body and glass in pueblo west!

There was so many things that were missed and we are sadly disappointed. Not only were things missed but our paint that wasn't damaged when we took it in is now chipped. Now we have to wait probably another week. We would have been happier if they would have had us wait another week and have it given to us in perfect condition then to have had a rush job that has to have additional repairs.
