Getting regular updates on our car and having a great team working on it made the entire process easy for us. We didn't have any issues at all this time or when my car was there a few yrs ago! It was an easy decision choosing ABRA!

The whole experience with Abra was great.

The very first thing I said upon the truck being brought up front to receive was "This is NOT a LARIAT bumper. It looked like F150 bumper. The 2006 LARIET bumper had the thicker height to come all the way up to meet the tan bottom and only a ****/3 inch between tailgate and bumper. The bumper rubber is now coming up off the bumper itself. Like it was force glued to the bumper. Now the bumper shows the trailer harness wires and the spare tire and it sticks out on both sides of the truck causing the wind to drag on my MPG and it does. After discussing this, I noticed and told Paul the tuneau top was not right. There were 2 inches or 2 fingers completely sticking out on the drivers side while on the passenger side it would not even lock down. He immediately took it back and had it aligned so I could get it opened yet the passenger side still had problems latching down where it was locked and not fly up at high speeds. I have to slam it down to latch it now. Paul was very nice and kept me calm through the nightmare I had with the car rental place but I got so sidetracked about the tuneau top and knew I had to get back across LaVeta Pass that I (YES) signed the paperwork but this was not even close to the customer care I got in Memphis TN which is where I'm from until 4 years ago. The engine and tires sounds like I'm driving a semi (and even though I retired from IT world yes I had driven an 18 wheeler to get out to colorado so I know what it sounds and feels like). Paul said he had an alignment put on it but it did not fix the problem. He said he did not do a wheel balance. Now how can someone be in a wreck like I had and NOT do a balance. Stephen the manager offered to do a balance and I did tell him I can't afford the gas to come from Alamosa CO to Pueblo if all he is going to do is an alignment. I have learned the hard way that EVERY ABRA is different and won't be pushed or bullied or hurried into anything anymore. The paint job was fantastic except it was on the wrong bumper. I had the Lariet bumper and not just an simple old F150 bumper. The bumper I destroyed aligned with the tan bottom of the lariet 4x4 (not offroad) and wrapped around sleek looking aligning with the truck color at the bottom without showing wires or the spare tire. Paul had stated he would check the part numbers and call me back. I tried calling several times both him and Stephen and every time I called they were not available. So to end this - I'm not satisfied at all with parts, labor, and don't feel very safe in my truck at all because the engine sounds so badly now. I will say everyone in the office was polite and curtious which made me feel comfortable. What upsets me more than anything was me telling Paul before I make that LONG drive roundtrip for him to make sure EVERYTHING on the truck was checked out and yet I was handed a half arsh job period. Won't be going there anymore. I will be telling State Farm as well of my experience. Bonnie A
