Not accepting cash as a form of payment is ludicrous further more at no time during the process was this ever mentioned till I was there to pickup the car . I was then told that there was a sign on the door stating that when in fact it stated that there was no cash on the property didn't say anything anywhere in the building that no cash would be accepted. Not accepting legal tender of the United States as form of payment instead requiring people to use another form of payment that costs more money is not only wrong but down right unAmerican I will in the future be taking my business elsewhere and will make sure my insurance is aware of this
