The repairs look good but the disappointment was that when I picked up my car,my service man, or anyone, walked out with me to review the repairs. I was just handed my keys, a folder and told goodbye. Also my car did not look detailed and was not vacuumed. I understand some days are busier, but that is something I would have greatly appreciated.

I was informed everyday of the progress of my repair and any unexpected problems that arose. When I got upset about the extended time required, Amanda was compassionate and very reassuring.
The paint matched my car perfectly and all the reassembly was exactly as it should be. An added bonus was that my car was shed and vacuumed! I will recommend you to all of my friends and co-workers. Thank you for a job well-done!

10/10 for my technician Steven. The car was in great shape when I picked it up. Only thing to mention was that my driver's side tire was a bit low on air. It was like that when I dropped it off, but it would have been a nice touch to put a few psi in the tire. Anyways, not a big deal. The car looks great, the service was excellent and the turn time was fast. It was just something that struck me as an above-and-beyond opportunity.
