The team was courteous and professional. I was told the expected completion date and the text system kept me informed every step of the way. My sons car was completed on time and the work done appears to be excellent. When we picked up the car, one of the guys showed me some pictures of the process involved to fix the car. I don't know about other customers, but I believe providing photos at certain key juctures of the process would be nice to include with the text messages. All in all our experience was great and I would definitely recommend the Cobb Pkwy location.

Everything was great. Everyone was fantastic, with the exception of Debbie- the front desk rep. She wasn't horrible, however, not the type of personality I would expect to have or see for the first person you deal with at a high end repair shop such as yours. A little too gruff. Not warm and fuzzy at all. More of a behind the scenes person in my opinion. Saw her deal with some customers who had some easy to deal with issues and she didn't handle them with care, and while she helped them in the end, she made it 100 times harder than it had to be. Other than that, everyone else I dealt with was truly professional and a pleasure.
