We are totally satisfied with the car repair but even more pleased with the great customer service we have received from the helpful office staff. From the moment we called Dawn Doughty was willing to help and she did just that. She contacted the insurance company right away and got the **** rolling and made us feel like she did not want to loose our service. She even showed compassion when we told her about our situation and seemed even more willing to help. We are really happy with the updated texts we got and the phone calls to tell us where we stood!
