For me it was not hard to say where to take my car get it fix. The shop A1 to me all the way round. They keep me in loop as things was processing and they were very patient for me put up the car after it was fixed. So I say 1000% happy with my car being fixed.

I am highly upset with this incident. I went to pick my car up after sixteen days of it being at Abra. As I paid my deducable and was leaving I realized that my car was pulling very sluggish. I pulled over down the street from Abra to look at my vehicle and realized that my oil pressure said 0%. So I lifted the hood of my car and smelled something that smelled like it was burning. The tech came out with the store manager David to look at the car. He said that it may be the oil pressure gauge is out or not working but that's in the engine and he can't tell if its that. But I was told that no one touched the engine as far as to doing anything with it. My problem is that it should have been something done to it because all the oil leaked out into the street along with coolant. The oil was bubbly on the coolant which showed it was more than just coolant. I also had to check the oil stick to see if the car should be cranked, and there was none so it was not cranked to be towed. I also was not giving an reasoning to why there is now a burning smell. I was also told that my car seems to drive fine as David test drove it and never let me show him what I was talking about. So I'm taking my car to the Chevy dealership to get them to assess the problem since I can't get any explanation on why my car didn't go to get properly assessed if there was damage to the engine. I am highly upset with the way I was dealt with on this occasion. Never can I recommend someone who do not take care of you nor give you answers to your questions and concerns like they say they will.

OUR experience was fantastic. Everyone was a joy to work with. I was updated daily with the step my car was in. It was not a over the top, it was just the right amount. You knew what was going on and you did not have to twice about the car.
