The communication from Abra was fantastic. the calls and emails were enough to provide confidence in the timeline of the work. Whereas the work in the end was well done, the quality assurance checks were not acceptable. When I came to pick up my car the first time, the door and window were not properly aligned. Also, the interior lining was not put in properly. They kept the car for another day and a half. When I came to pick up the car the second time, again the door was still not aligned correctly. They took the car to the shop two more times while I waited before the door was properly aligned. In the end, the car looks great. My question is, Does Abra expect the client to point out errors or just accept them?
