I just loved your customer service!!! Well done! I never had to call Abra on the status of repair work as they kept me abreast daily with updates on repairs of my Toyota Camry . Thank you so much! Abra as the company has wonderful staff, excellent service and I never had to worry about my car as they kept me posted daily, early in the morning via text messages! The repairs were completed earlier than expected! I also want to thank Chris for the fine job & follow made with his customer. I will definitely recommend Abra to someone & I would go back in future. Also thanks for working with my rental with Enterprise as everything moved so smoothly without any hassles! I appreciate your wonderful clean job done on the repairs. Dano was great. He had a great "car-side manner" and I appreciated it very much. He was straightforward and personable. The calls from sweet Samantha, I believe her name was, were also appreciated. The texts were amusing at times, but it is nice to hear from the shop, even automated haha.

It took 6 weeks to source a door skin. The only thing that helped was escalating my claim with Allstate. Within one day, Allstate found and delivered the door skin.
