I feel that the manager Phil honestly tried to do his best to make the repair to my car a pleasant experience however things beyond his control prevented this from happening. There are too many items to list that are on on the negative side of the repair. The main one is that I had to take delivery of my vehicle knowing it was not completely repaired therefore causing me another trip to have it done right.
