Although I was happy to have my car ready ahead of schedule, but, I was not pleased with cleanest. it appeared the work was done while the windows were down and no one cares enough to wipe the seats, dashboard, or the steering wheel. The outside had nasty water spots all over but the area that was repaired. The level of carelessness was obvious and made me wonder about the quality of the job that was done on my vehicle.

The rental car company next door made the experience unpleasant. My repair was scheduled for a certain date and the rental was reserved for the same date via my insurance company at that Enterprise location. I dropped my car off with Abra and then proceeded to the rental company. The rental company had no cars available and suggested I go to another rental car place. I'll stop right there.
