The staff was spectacular! I would like to thank Brandon for going the extra mile. He was very detailed when it came to explaining the process of getting my car back to normal. I explained to him that I was not the type of customer that needed to get play by play phone calls when it came too my cars status. And he respected that. He was even so kind to move the rental car so that I could drive it home because it was so big! And Mrs. Patty was so kind to take the time to fill out the car inspection for my employer. The staff had my car looking brand new. I would recommend Abra to anyone who need collusion car car! Five stars across the board!

Poor customer service

Vehicle was dropped off greeted professionally. The vehicle was a bumper repair front left side. I was given two separate days for pick up extending out to approx 11 days. Brad informed me a problem with paint color so he wanted to send it back to paint. Then once I receive call to pick up, the bumper looked good with no complaints to note. But my trunk space was in disarray, the compartment for the spare was open ajar with several pieces of plastic in the wheel well of spare tire. The tool bag was empty unsure if all my accessories were accounted for. The car jack tool was the only tool located and brad placed it back in the bag. I asked why my trunk was in disarray, brad replied the technicians were probably matching the paint codes etc. It sounded absurd and insulting being informed of such when there are collateral methods to retrieve paint information. I was left with uncertainty being informed of a validated reason as to why my trunk space was in disarray if my front bumper was the repair. I did imform my insurance company of the matter in which they assured me would reach out to ABRA.
