I had hail damage to my car and we had lots of friends tell us that ABRA is the best place to go to get any kind of body repairs done. ABRA had me in mind through the whole process giving me updates via e-mail and phone calls. Even when the project would take a couple days longer than they anticipated they made me feel very confident that the job was getting done the best it could.

It was a positive experience from start to finish. The staff was professional courteous and knowledgable specifically Karen and Kevin. I just purchased my vehicle a few months before the Accident and was devastated but Abra has it looking exactly how it looked when I purchased it. I will refer everyone I know and intend on bringing in my Moms car as well. 10 Service all the way! Thank You I'm extremely happy!

My car is fixed and now I can go back to toting the trash and grass clippings to the local dumpster. I do wish that the contract line about payment in full before car can be returned to the owner was changed since the customer has no recourse if they are not satisfied with the work done by Abra. However, everyone at Abra was extremely courteous and helpful. Thanks a million!

Although I was satisfied, I would suggest cleaning the interior of the vehicle before returning it to the customer, when you have to remove the hood. There was alot of dust on my seats, the console, dashboard, vents, etc. that I had to clean myself before I was able to get into the car.

Customer Service and communication were lacking almost throughout the entire process. My vehicle was ready four days later than the original promised date and I had to reach out each time to determine the delay. There was a lack of proactive communication from ABRA to me (the customer)Car was delivered back dirty and no one walked me through to ensure that the repairs were actually completed. Due to how dirty the car was there as no way for me to look at quality of work at that time. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with ABRA and would be hesitant to recommend your services to family and friends.

just have a little issue with the insurance company, and a miscommunication with the office . but i was able to speak with the general manager [nicholas bouchea] he was very kind to listen me and try to resolve the issue.
