The customer service was great and they did an excellent job on my vehicle. I would recommend them to anyone.

I examined my Dodge Durango when I picked it up on Saturday and could not find any evidence of having a collision. The repair was amazing and I was very pleased.

I am very likely to refer my friends and family to Abra Auto body, I was extreamly satisfied with the repair of my car, I was very impressed on how adequately I was informed about my car. My car was ready before promised with was fantastic since I was on a time crunch, I was glad that everything was done and I didn't have to take it back for more repairs.

The Abra team was very kind and informative in regards to my vehicle being repaired. Everyone was courteous and very professional. Will always do business with you all.

There's an issue with my passenger door handle,and my passenger window button. I will notify the conyers location on tomorrow.

I was told that my vehicle was completed by email I went by that evening to pick it up when I showed up to look at it the workmanship was below my expectations it was uneven had spots not painted nothing lined up the trunk lid the tail lights that bumper there were spots of paint that was supposed to be buffed out that we're not on the spoiler and on the lower driver side bumper this is not what I expect to have done when you say it's finished I would suggest having someone actually look at the work when it's done before contacting a customer saying it's finished when it is clearly thrown together without a Second Glance

Yes we were completely satisfied with our repair. The ABRA people were friendly and professional and our vehicle was finished when they had anticipated. The ladies in the office were very helpful and they helped make this a very pleasant experience

This has to be the worst experience with an auto body shop in my life. I had to make approximately 5 to 6 times before my vehicle was repaired. Initially, I informed Mr. **** that I was very unsatisfied with over large amount of over spray paint on my vehicle and hood was totally off centered.The management team Mr. **** was ONLY concerned with what I say on the survey. He asked me "not to complete the survey until later". I barely received communication regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to contact the auto body shop to get an update. On one visit, I informed them the passenger headlight outer seal was hanging off the vehicle. They acknowledged the defective part on the vehicle. Instead of ordering a new headlight and fixing the problem they tried putting duct tape or adhesive on the exterior seal. So, I had no choice but to file a formal complaint with my insurance company. At that point, they decided a order a new headlight. I will never use the auto body shop or refer this location to anyone. Someone really needs to conduct Absolutely, the worst customer service experience ever!!!!

I have had my vehicle at the Abra Shop on Dogwood Road in Conyers Ga twice now with in a 30 time period and I love this shop. Cordial and customer oriented workers. Thanks Abra!!
