I was grateful for the daily check in calls that kept me aware of the progress of my vehicle. Everyone was friendly and very professional. I was also very appreciative of the help I received from Scott when it came to getting my daughter's car seat out of the rental car. That was a huge help!

I was called on Wednesday by Miriam to pick up my car and it still had dents inside the door panel along with scuff marks that should of been buffed out and a small glob of paint dried up where they painted the car yes but it wasn't smooth. They then marked off the areas that I wasn't happy about. Then on Thursday She called again and said that my car was ready again for pickup. It was NOT. when I opened the door again as the day before the dents were gone but all the same things as the day before were still wrong. I then asked for the marker and wrote with the marker indicating the spots that I wanted done properly. Although I chose this place to fix my car. I chose it because it was a preferred service provider. I was hit by a vehicle and they had State Farm insurance. If I personally had to pay for the repairs I would NOT take my car to abra auto body and glass. Also they close at 6 pm and it's not a great thing when they call a customer to come get their vehicle anywhere from 5:20-5:35. I think they should give a customer a better heads up time frame to come pick up their vehicle close to closing time. Especially when it wasn't completely finished so they say!!!
