Scott was great.Dailycontact letting me know exactly where we were on the repair,and what they were going to do the next day,as well as a projection on when the repairs would be finished.Very happy with these folks and will use them again if needed.

I want to thank everyone at abra, they helped me from beginning to end Scott did a very good job at keeping me updated and explained everything so well I'd give you guys a 10 all the way around

They did an awesome job on the outside fixing all the repairs but having the inside cleaned up was the icing on the cake.

Justin asked me to lie on the survey so that he got bonuses and gift cards. They changed my date several times as to when the vehicle was ready. On top of that, when asked to lie on the survey and I said no, they took off the bumper so that my car was then incomplete and couldn’t take it home. From there, I had to move a date I had in the books for almost 3 months to get my van wheel chair accessible for my now wheel chair bound son, moved because the car wasn’t ready. Now my son, who is wheel chair bound at the age of 5 now due to a very serious illness, has to be put in the car and out of his wheelchair. The ramp appointment had to be moved to two months from now, where then we can get our van retrofitted. The van looks good, was very clean, and that I appreciate, but the fact I was asked to lie so that someone who has an incomplete job, gets rewarded.

Justin did a good job, on keeping me updated every day, this is my second time choosing your services and both times I’ve been very satisfied. Thank you for everything 10 out of 10 ????????????????????????

So far so good with the body parts but when I set in my front seat a piece of glass got in my finger so I don't know if they supposed to clean the seats from replacing the windshield on my Honda Civics I was sitting in glass on my seat did not realize it

Everything went well. The car was delivered on the promised day. The repair job was excellent.

Scott was awesome! He updated me everyday about how my car was coming along. Which I appreciated because I was very neverous about leaving my baby for a few days, but Scott made me feel comfortable & reassured safety. My car looks good as new again thanks to Scott! I'll definitely come back if I ever need body work to my car again.
