I felt comfortable and confident leaving my car in the hands of the Chilton team for repair of the vandalism. The manager Joe explained how they would do the repairs, all options and his recommendation. When I came to pick up my baby I swear it was smiling at me! Thanks Chilton!

The vehicle wasn't returned in its previous condition. The steering wheel controls for the stereo don't operate correctly. Extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. Now we'll have to figure out how to get that fixed and spend more money on transportation to and from the shop. Not happy at all.

Totally (hopefully) minor things but my headlights aren't aligned, and my car shut off while at a stop (mentioning some error about the stop start system). Still monitoring everything. Other than that, great work!

They were willing to see me the same afternoon that I called and quickly prepared and emailed an estimate and photos to my adjuster and made changes as required by company policies. They explained their procedure to begin work on Mondays and summoned an Enterprise agent when I was ready to leave on the intake day. They telephoned when additional parts were required and submitted a supplemental estimate to my adjuster. The car was ready when I arrived to pick it up, and I was able to drop off the rental car at the same time and place. They were also able to fix another small area where paint had previously been scraped. Maria was especially pleasant and helpful to deal with.
