I was told my car would be ready in **** week and I checked in after ****.5 weeks. I was flexible when there was a mistake with my bumper and it extended the date. And I was told that it would be ready on a Friday. I was considerate and flexible again when I was told that time would be a pinch to have my car ready before close on Friday, so I waited through the weekend. I waited until the afternoon and cleared my lunch hour to pick up my car on Monday. When I called they said it still was not ready. At this point I was upset, I had to rush and cancel afternoon appointments in order to pick up the car by close. When I picked up the car the repairs were beautiful and everyone was very friendly, just like they were when I checked in. The phone calls were all friendly too, I was just frustrated with not being able to plan my time when I felt I was being very flexible and communicative all along.
