I chose Abra Body at the recommendation of MetLife Insurance company over other shops to repair my 01 Mercedes Benz CLK 430 which encountered a ladder falling from a truck on I85. From the start of the estimate I notice there was a communication issue between Abra and this Insurance co. (Metlife) as well as the car rental company (Enterprise), but I continued to proceed. Once the estimate was approved after 3.5 weeks,the work finally begun. It took 29 days to get my vehicle back from repaire. The **** was dropped several times between Insurance company, Abra and the car rental, but I remained patient.
After all the work was completed, I can truly say the staff and management actually went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was totally satisfied with my vehicle. I understand bad breaks, but also understand good Customer Service when I see it. You guys corrected the issue and provided great Customer Service to correct the problem after all the communication and getting parts challenges. Overall, I’m very pleased with the high quality of craftsmanship rendered to my vehicle and the apology for what had happen. You guys overall are great. Good Job!

My only negative comment is that I had gone to the bank to get cash to pay for my portion and I was told you would not take cash. I had to call and get my wife to come back with our credit card to pay the bill so I could get my car. I can’t believe that a company will not accept American currency (cash) to pay a bill.
I am okay with the repair.
