Overall, I would give my experience with Abra a 2 on a scale of ****-10 with **** being the worst. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service at Abra. I was promised dates when my car would be ready and then it wasn't ready on those dates. This caused me to extend my rental car and cost me more money out of my pocket because Abra couldn't live up to what it promised. My rental car charges were supposed to be repaid by Abra but Enterprise stated that it wasn't handled correctly. I still got charged and am now having to deal with Enterprise to get a credit. I shouldn't have had to deal with additional headaches like this when I was promised to not have to worry about it by Abra. I only give Abra a 2 because the quality of the actual work on the car met my expectations. My family and my friends will not be using Abra in the future.

Also, my car was returned to me so clean! Someone even removed A Lot of dog hair from the carpet. That was going above and beyond! Thank you!
