Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Morrow

My car has been hit three times in two years and Abra has continued to repair my car back to the way it was before it was hit all three times. I really appreciate you all.

Absolutely Wonderful Experience!!

David at Abra in Morrow Georgia (the rep for my account) told me that he would replace a theft of a few quarters dimes and nickels in exchange for a 25 dollar gift card. During the six days my car was in Abra's care, my car was not only at Abra but also went to Goodyear for an alignment. It was so very difficult to determind where the theft occured. I only mentioned this to David because nothing should have been removed from my vehicle. However I called today because I was on hold too long and decided to ask for AJ the rep who picked up my car to deliver a message to David only to discover he had been fired. To fire AJ was so very wrong when my car was in many places and many people involved who could have taken my belongings. AJ was very professional and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. To make Abra look even worse... David did not even call me or give me the 25 dollar gift card he had told me he would give me upon his managers arrival today. I absolutely do NOT believe AJ was responsible for the theft and very wrong to single him out and be fired when there are clearly many possibilities. Tina S

When I picked up my van yesterday, I noticed there was a deep scratch that occurred on the left side of the van that no one failed to mention and was covered up by an ugly thick black material. Other than that, the back of the van looks great!

David was absolutely amazing as well as the receptionist at the front desk. My car was taken care of inside and out. I didn’t expect such excellent service but I’m sure glad I got it. I will definitely be coming back to ABRA. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING.

Excellent customer service. David Skidmore was particularly outstanding. This survey is too early after picking up the vehicle to determine my overall satisfaction with the repair job itself. However, I believe Abra worked very hard and in a timely manner on my behalf to meet my satisfaction. I am very impressed with the company thus far! Again, David Skidmore, made the difference!
