Good friendly team to deal with

Thank you for the great, timely work in making my car look new again. Thank you to the area scheduling manager I just happened to talk with who got my repair done two weeks earlier than originally scheduled. Actually, I might have gone somewhere else if he had not intervened. Perhaps when a shop finds it's scheduling out several weeks the company might find some way to incentivize its employees to find a way to get the repair done sooner? There are profit concerns by shop, but that can be worked out. It might appeal to customers in certain situations that you move the customer's car by flatbed to another shop that is not quite as busy. Don't you want to begin with customer satisfaction and figure out a way to make it happen, just as in this instance? A shop's huge backlog is fertile ground for redirecting cars to other shops, just as you did mine. It's a win-win. It sure beats sending your customers down the street to the competitor, wouldn't you agree? Many thanks!

My experience with ABRA auto n body was a superb experience from customer service desk, the tech gentleman providing the estimate & keeping me updated with emails n phone calls, washing n cleaning the car, to the completed finished work done on my vehicle. Everyone was pleasant n very helpful....Awesome job! There was one item however when I dropped my vehicle off there was 90 miles of fuel in it, when I picked it up there was only 40 miles left. Would have been a courtesy to replace what was used, thanks for such great service I will be recommending ABRA to all my family and friends!
