Abra Auto Body Repair of America - Morrow

The work preformed on my car is not only substandard but is actually criminal for a professional body shop. I am putting together a detailed list with photographs to give to you and my insurance company when I reluctlantly return my car to your Mt. Zion Morrow location. Of the many amateur mistakes made on my automobile, the presence of wax/polish residue everywhere is the most blatant. Loose trim on the windshield, orange peel texture on painted areas, an actual hole in the body work, visible and touchable tape lines around paintwork, belt/tool scratches on the body, and various scuffs on body panels round out the list of areas where you have failed. All of this after i was told that the first round of work was deemed unacceptable by the "manager" and they would be redoing it. I will suggest USAA not include you on their recommended list of body shops in the future.

The Morrow location has an wonderful and caring crew. All ways there when you need them. They go above and beyond there expectations. Go Abra@Morrow!

I purchased my car brand new and understand the touch up (paint) wouldn't be perfect; however, putting the interior of the roof together properly appears to be simple. My next course of action is to research on YouTube to fix the obvious sag in the middle.

My truck was in due to hail damage. When I received it everything looked fine until I got home and noticed my hood was to large and didn't fit. It sits out over the front of my truck and it sits to high on the back end. The rep told me that was the hood that was coming up to order but its very obvious that it was to big. The rep told me that he would try to find a fit from the after market yard. So until then I am dissatisfied with the services.
