The car rental company, Enterprise, you recommended lied and cheated us. The 25.00 security deposit was given to ensure the car was returned with no damage. When my husband, Robert, went to Abbra after work, approximately 5:30,to pick up our personal car, which we were satisfied with, he was told by Mike, a employee of Abbra, he could leave the Enterprise car there and it would be taken care of since they close at 6:00. Mike inspected the car with Robert and Mike said everything "looked good". The exchange was made. The next day, Enterprise call and said they were charging us 80.00 to detail the car since it was smoke filled and an empty cigarette case was found on the floor of the passenger side. Robert disputed their claim since neither he nor I, Joy, smoke. So someone either from Abbra or Enterprise car rental, did the deed and are accusing us. Robert told Enterprise we were NOT paying for something we did not do. Enterprise submitted my credit card that was holding the 25.oo security deposit and charged 60.00. I am submitting a fraud claim on my card and will take it to civil court if I have to. If Abbra is innocent in this case, that company better look more closely at what other companies they are recommending and doing business with. Robert and Joy R
