I cannot imagine having a better experience. I was able to effortlessly set up the initial appointment the day after my accident to asses the damage to my vehicle. The ABRA personnel would have seen me the same day. I was met by a courteous staff and assisted directly by Jason Campbell. Mr. Campbell provided me with an estimate for the repairs that could be seen, explained the components of the estimate very clearly and gave me a target date for the completion of repairs. Once my car was in the repair process, I was provided an immediate update that an additional bracket would be required and I authorized the work. During the repair process, I was provided routine and helpful updates toward the status of my repairs. In the end , my repairs were completed ahead of schedule , within 18.00 dollars of the estimate. The service, the professional and courteous staff and the repairs to my vehicle all met and exceeded expectations. Kind Regards, rlc

I really appreciate mike's help and the super fast service! I was only without my van for about 32 hours and it was so awesome to have it back quickly looking beautiful! Huge thank you to mike for calling me as soon as it was ready and staying late so I could pick up my van right away without kids and without waiting for the next day and juggling my 3 yo twins during the pick-up!!

Except for getting into accident, my experience in dealing with ABRA and getting my car back to shape has been incredible. Jason (ABRA, ****) has been calling me every single day to update what's going on with my car and the expected delivery date. I would give 5-star rating to Jason and thereby, to ABRA as well. They were highly recommended to me and they lived up to that recommendation. The wait time was minimal for someone to look over the car and give me a quote. Jason was the one who went over the whole car and explained the process. He also continued to inform me the progress on the car until the last email to pickup the car. I didn't have to question any of the work, it was better than I anticipated. The work was completed early which I appreciated with the holiday approaching. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
