He took all the necessary steps to go above and beyond his duty to ensure that my expectations were not only met, but exceeded. He regularly telephoned me with repair status updates and explained clearly what was in process during these updates. For those items that need to be revisited, he has pledged to take corrective action. Outside of these items the collision damage to my vehicle was beautifully repaired. Mike, you're a superstar, sir.
