I'm not satisfied with the amount of time it took to repair my vehicle. It was repaired in less time than promised, but it was nearly a week before work began on my vehicle and another two weeks for the work to be completed. I feel this was excessive for the amount of staff that I was made aware of your facility having.

I was texted every day concerning the progress of the repair to my car. I certainly never expected this much communication! I felt very comfortable speaking with Michael on the day I left my car for repair. He even phoned the rental car service which was ready and waiting for me. On the day my car was ready for pick-up, ABRA took care of phoning the car rental service for the return. The car looked great! I was so satisfied that the paint matched beautifully. My total experience with this company was great. They made me feel like family!
