Michael was very communicative once i got in touch with him, but the estimate of repairs needed that was done at the Murfreesboro location was not adhered to (or even used, from what i can tell) once my vehicle was rcvd at the Smyrna location, nor was the timeline. Steps are being taken to correct this.

They exceeded my expectations. I was quoted 6-8 weeks and it only took 4 days. Michael was very helpful and took great care of me and my car! Because I didn’t have a rental car he tried his hardest to get it done right away. Very pleased and will be back with any other car troubles!

The friendly and courteous staff at ABRA were great! The turnaround service of repair was excellent (3days). Special service given due to the need of my car before the holiday. Michael and the lady upfront worked well together in getting my car worked in for service and completed . The extra cleaning ( vacuuming ) is commendable. Over all excellent service was given.
