Rob went way above and beyond. He was so awesome that I'm actually doing a survey, and I never do surveys. It was about 8:30 in the morning when I dropped the car off. He came out and looked at the damage, and then while he was examining the car, he started explaining a bunch of interesting things about car body work. He also was kind enough to answer my random questions. Most people aren't so helpful and friendly at their job so early in the morning, but Rob was. The repair work was excellent as well
