The back of the vehicle still looks as though it has been in an accident with the gap not being even all the way around the tailgate. The damage where the tailgate was crushed into the bumper is still touching. The new bumper is not seated evenly around the sides. There is a gash in the new paint job where the paint is gouged out; it is a small gash, but definitely quite visible. The service manager reviewed all this on Friday, Aug 29, when we came to pick up the car and we will be dropping the vehicle off at Abra on Tuesday, Sept 2, 2014, for the repairs to be corrected and completed.

The service was very professionals, courteous, and timely. The repair was excellent. The only concern was, the car wash was very sloppy. The windshield had what looked like spray wax all down the windshield. My husband had to clean it as soon as I arrived home. It was dangerous to drive.
