Lisa was so nice and helpful. You could tell she’genuinely cares about people and it’s not just a job. When I arrived, she could tell I was in a lot of pain due to my accident the previous day and made my wait as short as possible, calling the car rental place to find out when they would arrive. She has always been very polite and probably on the phone and in person. What an outstanding team member. Also, Victor was so very helpful and professional. He stepped in and helped make sure everything was finished, working properly and clean! What an amazing team you have. I will definitely, without hesitating, recommend your business. Car looks like the first day I bought it! Couldn’t be more pleased. The staff was friendly and helpful. I mostly dealt with Lisa and Bill both were kind and easy to ask question and that made the experience that much better. I was happy with then frequent updates on my car during its time in the shop and it actually was repaired quicker than they projected which was great.
