My service tech kept me updated with the status of my car. He was very friendly. When I dropped off my rental he made sure I had put the gas back so I wouldn't have additional charges. He was awesome! The place was very clean.

ABRA provided the best customer service. I was getting daily updates regarding the repair of my car. The representative behaved in a professional manner and took care of my rental car. He also updated my insurance company regularly. Rachel and pheebe also did a great job in handling my phone calls. I am very pleased with ABRA's customer service.

The service I received from James was exceptional! He called several times to keep me informed about the process. I really appreciate his knowledge and his attention to my car. I will highly recommend ABRA to any and everybody I know with a need. Phoebe and Rachel were very helpful and kind and attentive as well. Great Customer service...and my car looks great too!

The job was done well and in a timely manner. IG was a positive experience. The only problem I had with communications from ABRA. it was only bumper replacement and I received 25 text messages and 6 phone calls within 5 days, 24 of which were not informative (still working hard on your car, as an example). The team should understand better the terms of using communication devices such as phones. I will advise customers not to share personal cell phone number WITH ABBA. Unless you like to see useless tweets coming at 7 AM or midnight.
