I chose to take my car to Abra body and glass because it had an Allstate guarantee. My experience was so pleasant that I will now be taking my car here for any work I need done. James Womack was absolutely stellar in his communications as well as his follow through. There was not one moment that made me feel like I needed a second opinion. The whole team delivered everything they said they would. I saved money and got real people to talk to about my repairs. I've never left a review for anything in my life, but the service I received from Abra on Holcomb bridge Rd in GA.is worth retelling. Car was not ready when I came for pickup. Trim peice between front bumper and engine bay was missing. Air conditioning was not functional. Both were remediated and I picked the car up the following day. Bill was helpful and apologetic, however the final QA on my car was lacking. This caused me to miss valuable billable works hours and an extra trip to the business.

There were some scheduling problems in the beginning but the receptionist (Rachel I think?) was incredibly nice, helpful, and did everything she could to fix things. She even remembered me when I called a few days later. Was completely satisfied with her
Bill did a great job makin sure I knew how everything was going every step of the way. He even got a dent out for free and patched over all my scrapes - was not expecting that! The day my car was ready for pick up I has to call and say my ride was not coming and that I'd come tomorrow and he even offered to have someone from the shop come pick me up. That made me extremely happy! Great customer service, will definitely be returning and saying great things about this particular Abra. Please acknowledge their outstanding work!
