I did not want to say No as almost everything was great! However, due to a part that was defective when it arrived in the shop, our car was not due on the promised date of Thursday March 2 but instead was **** day later. The technician immediately informed me of the situation the defective part came in and I understand that was a circumstance beyond Abra's control. Customer service was off the chart and we would definitely use this Abra shop again if the need presents itself.

This was my first time working with ABRA and the experience was wonderful! Ms. Tabatha was extremely nice and informative, Mr. Johnny was patient, understanding, and always "ahead of the game"; especially with updates. The men (or women) who serviced my car did a magnificent job. Washing and vacuuming my car was definitely a plus. Some true professionals!
