Joe was great about communicating - he even called enterprise when hertz was delayed picking me up when I dropped of the car. The owner was very good in the final walkthrough. I appreciate the final condition the car is in - with the interior and exterior detailing, it looks as good as new.

The vehicle was hit from behind and I don't expect the entire car to be repainted (obviously), but had I known the paint wouldn't be blended in the quarters I would have appreciated knowing that. An option of buffing the car to help would have been appreciate. I would have been happy to pay out of my pocket or at least given the opportunity to talk to the insurance company to see if they would cover it.
