I had never taken a vehicle to
Service King, and had misgivings when I was referred by USAA. When I arrived I had no appointment, but your people made an effort to accommodate me. I was given extrordinarry service by Britany, who is an impressive professional. Britany has a very sharp eye when she evaluates damages. She was able to spot some damages that were not obvious. Once Service King began work, I was kept up to date by text messages and Britany called to keep me up to date. I was hugely surprised that I brought our pickup in on Tuesday and was ready fiarse thing on Thursday. Both Britany and I think her boss showed me my repaired bumper, which is perfect. Because of Service King skills, efficiency, and communication I would never take a vehicle anywhere else, and I will recommend you to all me friend.

Everyone i spoke to was very nice and informative. I received multiple updates on the status of my car and was impressed with the communication and professionalism of Service King on S. 1st. Fernando was quick to return my calls even though I know the shop was extremely busy. When he was away from the shop, the General Mgr., Richie, kept me updated as well. I even asked Fernando’s advice on how to remove some paint I spilled in my trunk a year ago— and he and his team took the time to look at it and give me their suggestions. I will 100% bring my car back if necessary in the future and will highly recommend this location to friends, family & coworkers. Not only was the customer service exceptional, they made my car look brand new.
