Roni was very professional and kept me thoroughly informed on the progress of my truck. The team that worked on my truck was highly-skilled very prepared and very efficient workers who made the repairs on my truck look absolutely Flawless and back to OEM specifications. I would most definitely recommend Service King particularly the Service King in San Marcos off of IH-35 to anyone that I know. Thanks again Service King for the hard work dedication and attention to detail that it took to get my truck back on the road looking absolutely great.

Being updated on my repair by Roni was very appreciated it. It made the three week repair not seem as long. They made their deadline on when it was going to be done which doesn't always happen with car repair shops. The automatic text with updates was nice but Roni taking her time to text me also felt very personal and went above and beyond typical customer service.

Issue with electric door lock was not repaired despite being in shop for more than a week even though I reminded them to verify that it was okay prior to pickup. IT WAS NOT. I left car there for anothet day. SK dwcided that solenoid needed R&R but NO ONE CALLEDD. They did not even provide estimate for repair. I don't care if insurance covers it or not. I stated at first meeting that I did not think it was result of accident so I was expecting to pay out of pocket. I was willing to overlook fingerprints in layers of paint sanding dust on door interior panels, but not a safety issue (door lock). So disappointed in SK that I am going to write lettets to SK and Geico about terrible experience.
