Did not like the color matching the old paint

Everything was great

The initial process was slow, but once I had an appointment to have my vehicle repaired, Wayne was outstanding!

I enjoyed the kindness shown to me by the staff. The car vacuuming was an added bonus. The quality of the work was excellent.

Body damage was "repaired" and not replaced, the original contours of the vehicle no long match. Their is primer over spray on the back part of the cab of the truck now near the rear passenger door the finder flair that again was "repaired" and not replaced still have a considerable scratch in it and the flair also no longer touches the bed side panel because the bed side panel was "repaired" and not replaced. The flair not touching goes back to the body contour issue. All other fender flairs touch the body of the truck and this one originally did as well. I have contacted the local shop and they said bring it back Monday and they will make it right. I hope they do. To me it feel like the insurance company was kept more in mind over the customer. If the truck is restored to its original condition I'll be more than happy to update this survey. I put my faith in ABRA and feel completely let down right now. Hopefully that will change.

Mr. Wayne was a very professional person. He let me know every day what step the workers were on. Could not ask for any person so kind. The decry. That was at the front desk always called me by my name. My husband and I always use Abra. Will always recommend Abra. What great people thank you .

Truck was not ready 1st time to pick up had to go back thru paint shop I feel they did not go above expectations Just made do still missing decal Polished **** head light but not both So they would match Inside was cleaned nice
