The process dealing with TN Tint to get my stripe took more time than it should have. I believe the time could have been managed better in order to return my car to me 3 days sooner. Other delays in the expected return were due to parts location and delivery. I suppose this could not be managed.

I was beyond pleased with my body work and customer service at ABRA. Beverly was wonderful to have as a point of contact. The entire staff was very personable and customer service oriented. The first time I called the employee that tried to help me gave up because he couldn't find my VIN. Therefore he told me to call the dealer for the repair. I called back and asked to speak with someone else. He was very helpful and walked me through the process. I decided to pay for the parts and waited for them to arrive before dropping my car off for repair. After 10 days I was getting to wonder if the parts had arrived so I called to see and they said yes. I dropped my car off the following Monday for the repair and since there was a mandatory staff meeting at that was about to begin, I was told there was no way anybody could do a walk through with me. After insisting and getting resistance from the receptionist I finally convinced her that i wanted a walk through. This employee came out and explained to me that she only had 2 minutes because the meeting was about to start. After I explained to her the importance of the walk through and how the car was only 11 months old, she decided to take her time and go into detail the repair process. I got the car back on time and It looks perfect! Aside from the lack of costumer service and long waiting, the end result was flawless. Which is the most important thing.
