I was surprised at it being done so quickly. U said Friday and friit was done and sparkling clean. My son said it smelled like an old ladyinside. But I smoke and th smell was gone and inside very clean!!! Didn't look like it was mine. You guys are really sweet and your customer service is excellent. Let Donna know she rocks! I'll always choose y'all and refer my friends. (Now can y I get a free detail sometime;-)

MY REACTION WHEN SEEING MY CAR AFTER BEING COMPLETED BY ABRA: Oh My God!!!!, WOW!!!!, 'I can't tell it was in an accident.', 'Why are you crying.... ?' MY WIFE'S REACTION WHEN SEEING THE CAR AFTER BEING COMPLETED BY ABRA: 'I'm crying because it looks like the day we saw it on the showroom floor', 'It looks better than the day we bought it.', ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! It is so easy to write a bad comment or survey on a company these days because it's at the bottom of every receipt. It takes more energy to say something good. After seeing the work that Abra did on my vehicle, I felt COMPELLED to give a proper salute to them. From the time I walked in the door, I genuinely felt that my problem was their problem. The young man that helped me was courteous and respectful. I apologize because I don't remember his name. I wish I could single him out but everyone in the office spoke to me (and they were all helpful). You don't walk into a business thinking about the survey at the end.... lol. Honestly, most of us wait for something bad to happen before we write a comment. I pray that I never need their services again but if I must then I will only request one company.... ABRA!!!!
